Walkthrough

Bridge launch walkthrough

Follow this short path to go from an empty workspace to tested, reviewed, published Bridge answers. Use safe, approved text only — no private or unsupported source material.

1

Create a workspace

Choose the closest use case and keep the first launch focused on one assistant, site, or workflow.

Open dashboard
2

Create a knowledge base

Use one knowledge base for one clear customer or employee question set.

Create knowledge
3

Paste approved source text

Start with a short FAQ, policy, onboarding note, or help article that Bridge is allowed to cite.

Add source
4

Test real questions

Ask the questions users will actually ask. Look for citations and safe refusals before launch.

Test answers
5

Run AnswerOps Audit Mode

Before production traffic exists, run golden/test questions and review weak answers as candidates. Create Answer Fixes only when a human can add the approved answer and source; approval does not publish anything.

Open AnswerOps
6

Read the AnswerOps guide

Use the self-serve guide to prepare an audit-ready knowledge base, choose 10–25 questions, and understand the preview-only approved-QA packet.

Read guide
7

Publish a release

Separately from AnswerOps, freeze reviewed, indexed knowledge into a stable version for production integrations.

Publish release
8

Connect and monitor

Create an API key or widget, add allowed origins, then watch analytics for gaps.

Safe first source example

If you need a harmless first test, paste a short public-style FAQ such as: “Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. Customers can request help by emailing support@example.com. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.” Replace it with your real approved text before production.
